Camera Phone Experement

Took this photo on August 6th 2005. Can you guess the location?

(Also, this is the first photo that I've moved off my phone and onto Flickr via their email posting thingy. Its also the first photo I've seen taken with my phone that I've seen on any screen that isn't the teeny-tiny screen on my phone. Kinda blurry, but not bad, considering its a phone....)

It looks like its from the road, about 50 South of the Northeast corner of N21. I'm guessing it was taken only minutes before the people started measuring the space for land allotments.
