The Masonic Temple in Portland is currently for sale. Built in 1911, its an amazing building.

Asking price is $5.25 million, which is below the assessed value of the building alone (land asside). No parking included.

If I can manage to win the lottery in the next couple weeks... OMG, TWO regular lodge rooms, plus the auditorium (big enough for Coronation), PLUS a decommissioned Eastern Star Hall. And I bet the historic commission might let us build a roof deck, if it weren't visible from the street.
