It boggles my mind that my phone company (Fairpoint) isn't set up to accept payments over the web. Boggles.

Reason number 9876987635 that I'm glad I don't have any relationship with the phone company.

Can you do it through your bank? I pay all my bills with my banks electronic bill pay feature, they just send a paper check to businesses that won't accept payments other ways.

theresat's comment did remind me, though - if you can do it through your bank, you will still have to do it as early as if you were doing the mailing yourself, or maybe even a day or two earlier.
