MSNBC and CNN are reporting that Sen Ted Kennedy collapsed at the official luncheon and had to be removed on a stretcher.

Kennedy had a seizure and was taken out on a stretcher, and prior to that, Senator Robert Byrd collapsed. At least that's what CNN just said.
