New Year's Day Fondue

New Year's Day Fondue.

The cheese fondue was a modified version of an Alton Brown recipe The chocolate was basically whipping cream and melted Dove candy that we got in our stockings, whipped up on the spur of the moment. The cheese was ok, but should have been thicker. The chocolate was good, but a little runny.

We had a fondue for New Year's Eve, but it was the traditional oil-soaked fondue. Mmmmm.
