Nice Day Today

Wonderful day visiting with S and I and J on their first visit to our beautiful city. Perfect fall weather. I also leapt at the chance to take a bunch of photos of things in Portland for a project I've had rattling around in my head for a while now.



Back to the salt mines tomorrow, plus getting up earlier than we have been. E is returning to his previous daycare (yes, the one where he was bitten nearly daily. On the other hand, he would cry when we picked him up rather than crying when we dropped him off. That's gotta mean something, right?) temporarily while we sort things out. I'm expecting another week from hell.

But today? Today was more-or-less perfect.
