Here's one more photo, for those of you who want more photos.

This has been an iteresting experement on who reads LJ and who just skims it. :-)
I think we're going to take a trip to MA to go to the Dark Place party on Sunday, Evan willing, but in order to do that I've made it clear to Josh that there is one thing we *need* to do before I can feel comfortable taking the trip ... we need to clean the bedroom.
Now, this is a two-person job, and here's where I need your advice:
Evan is 5 1/2 months old. He can't quite sit up on his own, but is working on it. Consider that we'll need to clean for at least four hours, and I don't really want him spending all that time in the bedroom with us because its going to be massively dusty, plus it'll be kind dull for him, I think. So what the heck do we do with him?
Do we get someone to come by and watch him downstairs while we clean? Let him hang out alone in a playpen with toys, checking on him ever so often? (In his room, mere steps from where we are.. but remember, can't really sit up alone yet, tends to tumble over....) Let him hang out in the bedroom with us (probably on the bed) and run a fan to try and keep the dust down? Other ideas???
The hardest adjustment for us with the baby has been the idea that, unless he's asleep, its very tough for us to both be productive at the same time. There are certain things I can do with the baby in the sling, but moving furniture and cleaning under the bed is not, I think, among those things. Any advice you have would be greatly appricated.
