This has been on my radar for quite a while and I've already written both my rep and my senator about it. It's probably going to kill the cloth diaper industry, except for those few manufacturers large enough to afford the testing.
I do recall seeing that they've exempted things like organic cotton and organic wool, as those couldn't possibly have lead in them, but the rest of it is still applicable.
