I'm quite dismayed by this, since it affects all the small WAHM cloth diaper operations as well as all the toy importers. If it isn't fixed, only the huge manufacturers will survive and that would REALLY suck. I'd hate a world where I could only buy clothes/diapers/toys from Walmart/Target/Toys-R-Us.
