Food For Thought

Josh is ditching me tonight to go play Rock Band, so I'm in charge of dinner for me and E.

I'm sick of the same old fare.

Ideas?

Must a) be Toddler Friendly, b) have only five or six ingredients, c) be able to be made in a half hour or less, d) include a veggie and a protein.

Milestones

Well, I think the days of the daily nap at my house are officially over.

No nap for E at daycare today, and I can't express what a difference that made in bedtime. No fighting, no crying, no epic struggle - just a little bit of chasing him around the house and then stories and a song and then he was asleep. Just. Like. That.
